I tested my sugar level at home it was 131 and i ate some chips 30 min before test. Is it diabetes or normal

Thanks for your query It depends on the time interval of test. If this was when you woke up in the morning before having any breakfast it is high. If it was done randomly at some time after breakfast it is normal. Please do a HBA1C test  along with Fbs and Ppbs to confirm diabetes.
