Diabetic constipation
I am a 72 year old diabetic patient and am taking allopathic medicines as prescribed by the doctor. Meanwhile I am used to taking Triphala churna tablets once daily to ease constipation without my diabetist's prescription. Is there any problem taking this triphala tablets in combination with diabetic medicines? Pls suggest alternative if any.

You may take it. However I would suggest that you ensure to keep a gap of around 30 to 45 mins between the tablets and diabetes medicines.
