My Mrs 70y-dm-2975/htn-2006-PTCA cum STENT to Lcx-3/2012. Among other hymn med the following DM med being taken 1.t.Dianorm m 80 - 1-0-1 2.t.Jalra 50mg - -1-0-1 3.inj insulin 30/70 0-32-0 But the blood sugar will be 250+ almost always. Can tab.Jalra 50mg be replaced by tab.Teneligliptin 40mg?
