I have hypertensionstage2 , diabetes insulin dependent. Diabetic nephropathy high uric acid 8.5, low vitamin d3 13.5, high triglycerides 450 and cardiac microangiopathy, intolerance to milk and curd. Operated for gall bladder.
Spinal disc degeneration with normal cannal diameter. Facing severe back pain, feet swelling, sleeplessness weakness.
Under treatment of nephrologist cardiologist and a senior physician.
