Diabetic or not
I did a couple of sudden sugar checks at home with a glucometer. They seem to be high, the castings were around 150 and pp around 250. Can you please suggest the way forward.

The current glucose levels are high suggesting Diabetes.
No need to panic
If not on any medicines then follow strict diet and walk daily 30min
