Diabetic problem
Due to an increase in blood sugar my foreskin became tough and it is hard to slip it. I would want some advice or medication for it.

Repeated urogenital infections are very common in patients with poorly controlled diabetes. It needs simultaneous care for sugars & local treatment. If it's not getting cured, surgery is the next choice of treatment. But sugars should be managed properly by an expert.

Depending on the degree of stiffness and the chronicity of the problem, you may either require local ointments or surgery. It mainly occurs due to repeated infections secondary to uncontrolled blood sugar levels. Visit a diabetologist to assess the course of action required
