My mother in law having 10 percent vision in eyes and suffering from diabetic retinopathy she has cloudiness of vision we need immediate consultaion from opthalmologist her blood sugar is 430

Diabetic retinopathy can cause irreversible blindness if not treated on time. With modern surgical and other interventions it can be reversed to certain extent. I feel you need to see a good vitreoretina specialist. Please find one close to you and consult.
