What type of food can a diabetic patient can take???can she jaggery instead of sugar???please specify what are the dry fruits can she eat and quantity..

Hello.... Yes you can use jaggery instead of sugar but that should also be in limitation..you must avoid food items which are too oily or sugary... Foods with low glycemic index like ragi wheat are recommended for diabetic patients... She can take dry fruits..........
