FBS more than 100mg/do is prediabetes . Check your Postlunch by lab.Its the first one to rise..So recheck it by good lab
Sugars vary as per your dietary carbohydrate intake.

Fasting of 109 from lab meant it is prediabetes. For current status u may retest from lab
