Diagnosis is difficult (Not sure TB)
My Dear Doctors, 48Y My uncle is suffering severel bone, mussel  and nerve pain in body  I have enclosed chest X-Ray. blood report details are here  Eosinophils : 16.6% (Range 0-6%), RDW-SD : 49.3 fL (Range 39-46)  Total Leucocytes count : 7.79X 10³ / µL  HEMOGLOBIN: 16.8 g/dL  TOTAL RBC: 5.3 X 10^6/µL  Testosterone: 858.99 ng/dL (Range 164.94 - 753.38),   Iron: 62.93µg/dl (Range: 65 - 175)  LDL direct: 81 mg/dl (Range:  85-130)  TOTAL CHOLESTEROL : 144 mg/dl (Range: 125-200) 25-OH VITAMIN D (TOTAL): 64.98 ng/ml (Range: 30-100 ng/ml)  VITAMIN B-12: 472 pg/ml (Range: 211 - 911 pg/ml)  No diabetic  From past 6 months he had weight loss slightly now he is around 64Kg  In Govt. General hospital we visited twice they asked thick sprotum, which is not coming out.   Please let me know is it infectious TB. He is infected TB 28 years back.    Now he don’t have much strength of bone or mussel to do any agriculture activities or tell me what next step needs to take. Thank you
