Diaper rash
My babies vagina looks red since 2 days she is not allowing me to clean atleast while changing the diaper and bathing. 2days back she pooped in her diaper when she is asleep in the night. Since morning we didn't know that she pooped in the night. Since then I observed the redness near her vagina. How to treat or comfort her

Artificial Diapers must be avoided after 1yr of age. Use cloth diapers or dry mats instead.
Next Steps
Do not use wipes or cold water after passing stools instead gently clean the area with lukewarm water and apply any baby oil thrice a day for 3days.
Health Tips
If not settling visit or consult a pediatrician online.
