Diarreah and wheezing 45 days old baby
Hi my son is 45 days old from 15 th day his motion is frequent 18 to 10 times a day and while breathing some unique sound like wheezing and difficulty in breathing please suggest

Hi..your son is 1 and a half month old...the frequency of stools are erratic when the child is on exclusive milk feeds...keep a watch on the activity and the urine output.. Regarding the wheezing part...its very difficult to comment without examining the child..hence visit your nearest paediatrician for the same..take care..

It would be foolish to prescribe medicine without examining the child specially of this age...hence see your paediatrician at the earliest..take care

Number of motions is not important at this age,the consistency is. It may vary from 10-12 stools a day to just one motion after 2-3 days,BOTH are normal,as long as stools are soft and formed. The sound you hear in breathing is probably due to mucous in the nasal passage,just clean it using avert earbud,but if baby has difficulty in breathing OR feeding,better consult your paediatrician.
