Diarrhoea since 2 days
I'm having loose motions since yesterday. I've taken econorm twice yesterday and drinking electral water. This usually cures me but this time it's extended long. Which medicine should I take. And I'm not able to eat anything and feeling weak. What should I do to regain strength?
