Can someone tell me what may be the possible reason for not putting bracket on my 2nd molar for diastema treatment

If the braces treatment has already started, have faith in your Orthodontist and ask him/her for the better clarification. There are times when it is not required or may be installed a little later.

Clinical examination is required to answer your question. Your dentist must have checked your occlusion and may have decided to put the bracket later as sometimes tooth movement is required for other teeth before placing a bracket on a particular tooth. There could be other reasons. Best thing is to ask your orthodontist.
