2D ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY REPORT : Aortic Ann. - 24Mm, Left Atrium-41MM, Rt Ventr- 16Mm, LVID (d)- 60Mm, LVID(s)43 Mm, LVEF-35%, IVS (d)- 12Mm, LVPW(d) - 12Mm, EPSS - 18MM, E/e’ 60/4=15 Dilated LA & LV. Inferior & posterior wall Global hypokinesia. Moderate LVVO. Moderate LV systolic dysfunction. Other cardiac chambers are normal. All cardiac valve are normal in structure. There is Trivial AR, TR, MR. No Pulmonary Hypertension. IAS, IVS Intact no coarctation No/PDA . Grade III diastolic dysfunction.
