Avoid high protein diet .normal protein is ok, high carbohydrate is recommended,it causes less load in kidney, Calcium ,vit D&iron supplementation is advised along with supplementation of ink. Erythropoietin, Phosphate binding drugs available to reduce absorption. Regular consultation with a nephrologist is advised for monitoring
