Diet for IBS
I have constipation and gas problem without any pain gastroenterologist diagnosed IBS and I am under medication. Do this exist long term aur can be totally cured and do I need to give up milk and sweet products ( wheat intake is alright or it also create problem?)as even normal intake of sweet product cause gas in my case and if I avoid all this what are there alternatives as my weight stays normal, presently I am under weight. Can IBS caused due to over eating and distress life style for long duration because in this case I think mental stress is not a major aspect, I may be wrong but this is how I analyse the cause of this syndrome. Yes, IBS needs a diet low in simple carbohydrates. It Usually is characterised by periods of ups and downs.
