Dear doctor, I have a difficulty in breathing after taking food. I'm having Hearn burn as well. Most of the time I have pain in my right chest. I often feeling difficult to swallow food. My mouth is producing so much saliva which tastes like liquid. I'm feeling like my chest is bloated when I'm sleeping on yeh bed and having difficulty in breathing while sleeping.
Please tell me what my problem is.

Hi. I understand your concern s. You are having severe GERD. but still you will need to undergo a detailed examination and endoscopy. Consult a gastroenterologist for the same at the earliest

Avoid spicy food. Eat small but frequent meals
Avoid lying immediately after meals.
Take a course of PPI for a month.
