Difficulty in drinking water
Hello Doctor, m 13 weeks pregnant and I can have good food( vegetables & fruits). I have nausea feeling but i dont vomit. My problem is  even though i want to drink water I cant drink  at all. If I drink water forcefully I either have severe nausea feeling or I vomit food . So daily I hardly drink 1 glass of water.thats it. I eat pomegranate and musk melons more. So m worried that if I don't drink water will it effect my baby. Pls.let me know.

If you don't feel like taking water you can substitute with juices  , lassi, lemon water  etc N you don't need to drink water forcefully. Take small sips of water at a time instead of trying to take 1 full glass
