Difficulty in inhaling
My mother having chronic cough and diagnose OPD on foracort 200 inhaler, few days she used take inhaler once, now Using two to three times a day, wheezing increases we are giving nebulization with salbair .0.63mg. what to be done to control it? I think because of Rain and cold it's happening

If you are not improving with salbair / foracort inhalers, better come to pulmonologist or even tele/ video consultation.

She may be having exacerbation of her underlying diseases viz copd / asthma . Will need to consult chest specialist with detailed past history and records.

seems like flare up of asthma or copd..need to have proper management for the same. consult a pulmonologist for optimization of treatment!

Hi noted above history and related concerns. As you mentioned above symptoms are could be due to seasonal allergy symptoms and weather related in a already existing diseases
