Difficulty sleeping on left side
I am a Female, Age 24, do not have any known health conditions besides having Iron deficiency but not low enough to be considered Anaemic. I have problem sleeping on my left side, I only noticed this the past few months. Every time I try to sleep on my left side, I would fall asleep and wake up not long after feeling like my heart is Beating out of my chest, it doesn’t hurt badly but it is very very uncomfortable and it takes me awhile to calm down and I would have to switch to my right to sleep
