Difficulty swallowing without pain
I don't know what is happening with me, but since yesterday night, I am feeling difficulty or trouble swallowing my own saliva or be it any food without any single pain in my throat.Only I feel during eating especially i.e choking on my throat to find a way to swallow my food or even saliva.Is it tonsilitis or something worse?
PS:while that thing is happening during swallowing my heart burst out beating faster as a sign of panicness!
Plz doctor it's my utter request, suggest me something to do as per your's guidance at the earliest.
