  4. Difficulty to swallow. Its very rare.

Difficulty to swallow
Sore throat, really paining a lot when I try to swallow. fever since yesterday night which is fluctuating. I got wet a little in the rain yesterday morning. I have thyroid issues. also I had a little champagne yesterday and smoked a cigarette. I don't do that often at all. its very rare.
