Hello there. I can undersgand your concern. You seem to be having a condition which is hyperacidity and gastro oesophageal reflux disease also known as GERD. Have proper food on time. Rather than having three full meals, have 5 smaller meals at regular intervals. Let two of those five meals be conpletely of fruits and vegetables. Tab. Pan-l once or twice a day half an hour before food for 10 days. Kindly consult a gastroenterologist for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain.

You need to follow a healthy diet. Avoid spicy foods, oily foods, outside junk foods, sweets and sugars as much as possible. Have 4-5 short meals per day, instead of three big meals. Also drink plenty of water in between meals and little water during meals. You can take pantoprazole 40mg once in the morning half hour before your breakfast for one week. Sometimes stress can also trigger gastritis. So try relaxation methods like yoga or meditation. Also do not starve for too long. If this doesn't give you relief then consult a general physician or surgeon for further evaluation.

Hello. I assume your dietary habit is not proper. Have food at proper time, usually follow this- breakfast at 8-8:30; lunch by 1 and dinner by 8 pm. Chew properly and eat slowly. Ensure proper hydration as well. Drink buttermilk after big meal. Also use Avipattikara Churna 1 to 2 spoon with luke warm water after breakfast for 10 days. Your digestive metabolism will be tuned and acidity reduced.
