  3. Digestion problem. Now what should i do?

Digestion problem
During 3 months i feel digestion problem...in a day 2 times minimum toilet uses ...i take outside food junk food sometime ..but trying to leave it...before 3 months i have no such type problem..i could easily take heavy food ...in 24 hours only one time went for fresh...now what should i do ?
