Digestive problem
Frequently I am getting abnormal sounds like gases inside my stomach. The gases are not passing outside, inside the stomach itself it's getting circulated and making noise. Please advice me to overcome this issue. I am feeling ashamed while this noise arises when I am sitting at office with colleagues

Do u have flatulance ? Any burping ? Since when do u have this problem ? Any recent change in dietary pattern ?
