Digestives in pregnancy
I have hemorrhoids problem for more than last 10 yrs. but after having my 1st child it got severe.he is now 5 yrs old and my delivery was normal.post delivery doc gave me stool softeners bt it didn't work out so I took my regular ayurvedic PATANJALI UDARKALP CHURNA which is not recommended during pregnancy. last year I consulted with specialist and he suggested me not to skip my regular digestive which suits me and in addition prescribed LOOZ when it gets severe. now I want to plan 2nd baby and if I skip my digestive even for one day, I get severe problem. Plz suggest me for the same.

Digestives are for short term use. If you use them for long time, your body will get used to it and you won't have normal motions at all. Have high fibre food. Drink lots of water. Don't take any medications without informing your gynaecologist
