Disc bulge and thigh sensation
My left thigh was sensitive to touch and used to have this tingling sensation 3 months back , NOW little better but it's still there when I try to sleep AND 2 months prior started having lower back pain too so got mri done , is the thigh sensation because of back nerve compression OR it's something else , having vitamins d , b12 , calcium

Needs evaluation . Mri is not correlating with the symptoms.

It is probably meralgia paraesthetica due to slouched sitting for your professional and personal requirements.

Most likely it's due to disc bulge at L3-4.
Next Steps
1) Start back extension exercise. 2) quit smoking if you do. 3) Take antiinflammatory meds for few days 4) Get your Blood sugar levels and Thyroid profile tested

avoid fwd bending and lifting heavy wt if no relief consult an orthopedic surgeon Asap.
