  4. Disc bulge. It will take to recover?

Hi Doc, I am suffering from backache from 2 weeks I am 27 years old. hence as advised by Aruyedic doctor I have done MRI (attached) plz let me know if i have to take any treatment? If yes whats the cost ? Is it a serious injury ? How long it will take to recover ?

Like the answers? Consult privately with the doctor of your choice

Your MRI is essentially normal.Take painkillers paracetamol or tramadol. Once pain subsides start exercising /swimming. If pain continues in future see Rheumatologist
