Disc bulge l4-l5, narrowing neural foram
My MRI report says mild diffuse posterior disc bulge at l4-l5 is causing minimal indentation on thermal sac and adjacent traversing roots. Mild narrowing of neural foraminae seen. Kindly suggest me exercise and treatment.
