Disc bulging causing nerve compression

Asked for Male, 35 Years

At l4 l5 and l5 s1 level diffuse disc bulging resulting mild identation on thecal sac and b/l neural foramina. Straightening of lumbar lordosis. Multiple schmorls nodes seen in l3, l4-5and s1 level.
