Which treatment is better for disc bulging. Getting so much pain in left leg while standing and not able to walk

Physiotherapy is the best treatment , get proper assessment done IFT with US on prominent tender point along the customised exercise will help you lot .

1. Complete bed rest for couple of days 2. Meet some Orthopedic who can Put u on NSAIDS or some nerve relaxants or even oral steroids depending upon severity of symptoms

1. keep a check on peripheralisation or centralisation of symptoms 2. any foot drop or bladder and bowel dysfunction.... Absolute Red Flag sign
