Lumbar MRI revealed spondilosis and I was advised to wear an LS belt, by neuro medicine doctor. However off late I am also experiencing pain in the middle around the dorsal portion hence a Dorsolumbar MRI was advised by neurologist. MRI findings are disc desiccation with mild posterior disc bulge at l4 and l5. Mild disc desiccation at l3 and l4. Mild facet arthropathy at l1 and l2 to l4 and l5.i have to sit for long hours during work everyday Please advise. Thanks

Good Evening The complaints you are saying are typical of Sciatica. It happens when your nerves get trapped in your spine. Though the reporting doesn't tell the severity, we will be able to guide you when I am able to see MRI plates. Most of the time with proper counselling and treatment 90% heal on itself
Next Steps
Please consult a spine specialist near you to rule out any red flags like weakness of leg.
Health Tips
Avoid long sitting and low sitting for now. Physiotherapy to strenghten your back
