Disc herniation and bone spurs
My Mri scan shows central and bilateral paracentral disc protusion at L4-L5 level. There is also presence of posterior osteophytes at peridiscal margins at L4-L5 causing thecal compression. Loss of lumbar lordosis was also reported. Please suggest a remedy. Can physiotherapy help?

Hello What r u issues.. Back pain or leg pain. It's necessary to see the films to determine the exact amount of disc bulge...
