My wife is suffering from Disc prolapsed L4/L5 and she's under physiotherapy but not improving.. Any other suggestions

Disc prolapse and it's neurological involvement is a complex thing. Answering your question for suggestion can be given only by examine the patient. I can suggest only after examine her l, see her reports to make a proper diagnosis and treat.
