Hey doc.. My periods r on next week.. But i m going through brown spotting n discharge from 3 days.. It never happened before.. M very tensed.. Why this happening? Having on n off back pain also mild pain on left side of abdomen.. I hope everything is fine

Are you getting regular period means your date is fixed.If yes then some hormones imbalance or hypothyroidism.Get done ultrasonography to know the exact pathology of uterus and TSH level for hypothyroidism.
