There's a discolouration on form of spots all over the back. Starts out looking like pimples then darkens. Has been there for 3 years

Black spots could mean many things.ââ I assume what you mean is probably post acne pigmentation or post inflammatory pigmentation. Targeting tââhrough a single agent may not always be fruitful. Meet a qualified Dermatologist to learn more about the diagnosis and treatment options. ââCombination of different therapeutic agents is always beneficial. There are multiple depigmenting creams which helps.
