Discomfort after urine
Discomfort after urine and in anal part. Gastric problem. Releasing gas give some comfort in pain after urine. Pain use to be for 10 mi after urine. The discomfort is more after ejaculation or night fall it feels like some thing is itching in penis and anal area.

Your symptoms are consistent with prostatitis..u need to consult a urologist for examination and urine investigations
