Discomfort In Right Testicle
Hello Doctor, Thanks For Giving Time.
From Last 10 Months I Am Having, Dull Pain In Lower Right Abdomen Along With Regular Dull Pain In Right Testicle Which Sometimes Becomes More Painful.
Also, There Is Unusual Discharge From Penis, Which Always Keeps The Penis Wet & The Unusual Discharges Also Covers The Tip Of Foreskin & Penis Head.
There Is No Blood In Urine, No Swelling Visible. Sometimes After Ejaculation The Testicles Pains For A While & Then Again Return To Dull Pain.
Please Help Doctor. Is It Any EMERGENCY.

Do u have sexual exposure? if yes. it may be Std. Go for u/s scrotum and penile discharge examination
