Hi you can have what is called metabolic syndrome which includes these variations along with other hormonal changes this is reversible. Firstly diet changes : no trans fat found in processed food, reduced saturated fats found in red meat, increase poly unsaturated fats found in walnuts, fish, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, safflower oil, sesame oil; carbohydrates should be 40-50% of your diet proteins 40-30% of your diet could be plant proteins like pulses or animal protein like fish. Increase fibre in your diet . Daily aerobic exercise like jogging, running, zumba etc 30-45 minutes everyday. Reduce weight especially abdominal fat. Recheck values after 6 months.
