Hi, I want to know a simple but most important question about healthy life. In today's modern world there any way to live diseases free and healthy life and how? Please explain routine of a day.

Regular exercise of 30 min and a balanced diet. Weight has to be maintained with in BMI. The routine depends on the person and it wil be adviced based on the individuals life style
