I've been a problem of shoulder dislocation in which my shoulder bone dislocate from it's orginal position when any force occur on it. And this problem is being occurring from 3 years

I can understand your concern.
Shoulder if it's dislocated it needs to be reduced to it's original position immediately.
In case of frequent dislocations. You need to work on strengthening the shoulder muscles.
Consult a physiotherapist for that.
Surgical option is also available.
Consult a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management.
