I am having stone in kidney and its around 4 to 5 mm and i am also suffering from headache can i take dispirin in headche

Yes both may be unrelated.
Have adequate amount of fluids.mixture of potassium magnesium citrate mixed with glass of water thrice daily in doses of 15 ml every time helps in small renal stone
