Disruption of flora after UTI, or STI?

I am a 26 yo female who almost 3 weeks ago had sex with a male who possibly had a urinary infection (he was taking trimethoprim). About a week later, I developed some cold like symptoms, some burning during urination, feeling depressed and fatigued. I believed this to be a UTI and those symptoms have now passed, but I now have vaginal itching, some increased thin discharge (which has changed in from yellow to brown and has smelt somewhat acidic), and some itching around the anal area
