Distal femur fracture
Sir mera femur fracture hai 5 month hi gye hai but sir incase mai jb weight deta hu toh uncomfort lagta hai plzz suggest me

X ray shows poor callus formation.
You may start non weight bearing ambulation & gradually start weight bearing.If fracture has not United,then you will need change of nail & bone grafting.

Fracture has to join fully. But if it has not happened in 5 mths you may require bone grafting
