Get further evaluation of lower urinary tract done by a urologist to decide optimum management.this includes physical clinical examination,perrectal examination,generalblood parameters including renal parameters and uroflowmery.treatment as per clinical findings.stomach pain may be related to gastric problem,consult a physician also
