Hi there. Profaze contains propranolol and flunarizine. Additionally probably you are taking dapsone as mentioned. Before giving any opinion a detailed discussion of all your problems is required. Also why are you taking these medications in the first place?
Next Steps
Please consult a neurologist.
Health Tips
Plz don't take any tablets without prescription

Hi ! U r using profaze which contain propranolol + flunarazine . I hope u r taking medication with Consultation with your physician .   See flunarazine can cause dizziness . Similarly propranolol can cause dizziness (usually first dose ) ,can affect your sleep and platelet function and number .   So if your headache is debilitating or u r having headache frequently can use medicines for prophylaxis . Above drugs are not to be taken on emergency basis .
Next Steps
So better consult Neurologist or your physician to access the type of headache,  whether u need prophylaxis and the appropriate drug .
