Dizzines, Lightheaded, and headache
I havent been getting enough exercise. I decided it is time to change that. I used to workout with cardio and light weight training pretty frequently but thats been a while. Well last night I decided to do some power walking. I walked hard and really pushed myself til my legs were ready to give out. As soon as I came to stop and sat down to cool off, I got light headed, slightly dizzy, and a very mild headache. Tonight, I went for a lengthy normal walk but didnt push myself. It happened again.
