I have a very crucial question to which many people might relate. I am diagnosed with Anxiety disorder.
I have accepted each and every symptom of anxiety like palpatation, heavy eyes, sometimes nausea, heavy back muscles , dizziness etc.. but what I am not able to accept is why does the dizziness happen all of a sudden after a brisk walk or yoga or a workout? That makes me feel that it has to do certainly with some heart or brain problem and not anxiety. I mean this happens quite often even when all other symptoms of anxiety have gone but this one thing of dizziness after a brisk walk or workout is making me go crazy. Please help me
