Cant come to a specific diagnosis with the history alone. I would advise you to go to the ER and get evaluated physically and undergo investigations such as FBS, PPBS, CBC, thyroid profile, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly.
